THE POPPY STUFF!

Before I was a filmmaker, I was an art director and before that I was a stylist and fashion designer. My fashion brand was called Bitching and Junkfood becuase that's what my life was then. It's still quite junkfood but I definately bitch less, although the last month.....

There's been a a lot of emotion and visual poetry in my work since I ventured over into filmmaking. Right now I feel shit's been serious enough so it's time to inject some fun back into things - shits and giggles, the craic, shenanigans and all of that malarkey.

Below is a selection of the more 'poppy' work I've done in the past.

TASTE IT

LITTLE BOOTS | PROMO

As creatures caught up in consumption one tastE is never enough. The video to Little Boots "Taste It' presents a conveyer belt of the things we so easily get hooked on and struggle to say no to. Working with London's Biscuit Filmworks and an emerging director, I supported the creative and co-wrote the heavily production-designed piece. In the production I styled and production designed the whole concept based on my highly conceptual experience running a pop fashion brand.

WALKERS  |  4 X TV STINGS

Created for agency Havas, Snack Differently was a series of 4 stings created for RTE's Expose. Appealing to a fashion audience, the tongue-in-cheek pieces were created for figure conscious snackers around the different roles of women in society so some in the office and others for stay-at-home moms.
